Clean first
Stain goes onto clean, dry, prepared wood. Greyed fibre and surface dirt are dealt with before anything is applied.
Wood protection
A stain finish appropriate to the wood and its exposure, putting a protective layer back over a surface that sits outside year-round.
Restored appearance
Grain and tone come back on wood that had faded out — the difference on a weathered deck is immediate.
